Responsibilities: — Operations management: track team tasks and deadlines, and drive them to completion— Coordinate between dispatchers, purchasing, and leadership— Financial accounting: reconciliations, accounts receivable, and invoicing control— Support payroll and ensure accurate job data— Compliance: licensing, insurance, and partner/client requirements— Business correspondence with clients, partners, vendors, and subcontractors— Manage documentation and internal company systems— Automate routine processes and implement AI tools— Growth projects: expansion, marketing, and office/warehouse search— Vendor management: terms, discounts, and rebate programs Requirements: — Fluent written English for business correspondence— Experience in operations, finance, or accounting— Confident with Excel / Google Sheets, Notion, and Slack— Willingness to actively use AI tools in daily work— Self-driven, able to see tasks through without constant supervision— Able to work with overlap with US Pacific Time— Nice to have: experience with US companies, HousecallPro, QuickBooks What We Offer: — Fully remote work— Annual vacation— Training and professional growth— Creative freedom in how you solve problems— AI actively built into everyday workflows— Work for an international US-based company— Small team, no bureaucracy— Timely pay; compensation discussed after the interview
