Key Responsibilities: Improve work productivity and continuously develop professional skills and qualifications for the effective performance of job duties Organize the work and ensure effective interaction of the department’s operational unit Coordinate the activities of the Cargo Transportation Department with other airport departments Monitor the proper storage of cargo, including dangerous goods, in accordance with ICAO requirements and standards Qualifications Requirements: Higher specialized or technical education At least 3 years of experience in air transport operations Knowledge of industry legislation and regulatory requirements Knowledge of the fundamentals of financial management, administration, and business operations Understanding of the department’s business processes and development strategy Fluency in Kazakh and Russian; English at B2 level or above What do we offer? Employment in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Office location - Almaty International Airport. Working hours from 8.00 to 17.00, lunch break from 12.00 to 13.00. Annual paid leave of 24 calendar days (1 paid day-off for birthday after 1 year of employment). Annual bonuses on performance results, annual salary indexation.
