We are committed to operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous innovation, while upholding the highest standards of safety, sustainability, and service qualityJob summary: We are looking for an experienced Chief Accountant to oversee accounting operations, ensure compliance with Kazakhstan legislation, and maintain accurate financial reporting.Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise daily accounting operations. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial and tax reports. Maintain compliance with Kazakhstan accounting standards, tax legislation, and IFRS. Oversee payroll accounting, reconciliations, and financial controls. Coordinate external and internal audits. Lead and develop the accounting team. Qualifications Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 6–8 years of relevant accounting experience, including experience in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of Kazakhstan tax legislation, accounting standards, and IFRS. Proficiency in Oracle, MS Excel, and other accounting systems. Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills. Proficiency in English and/or Turkish would be an advantage.
