We are committed to operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous innovation, while upholding the highest standards of safety, sustainability, and service qualityJob summary: We are looking for an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition Supervisor to oversee recruitment activities, support hiring managers, and ensure an efficient and high-quality recruitment process.Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes across various departments. Supervise and support the Talent Acquisition team. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and recruitment priorities. Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates. Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and coordinate selection processes. Monitor recruitment KPIs, prepare reports, and improve recruitment processes. Ensure compliance with company policies and Kazakhstan labor legislation. Qualifications Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably including team leadership experience. Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods. Experience working with recruitment platforms. Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work effectively under deadlines. Good command of English, Russian, and Kazakh; knowledge of Turkish would be an advantage.
