We’re Sendex, an 8-figure fulfillment & logistics company, and we’re building software that makes fulfillment easier for our customers and our team. You’ll have room to take ownership, influence the product, and see your work make a difference for real customers. Customer experience is our number one priority. We don’t care whether your favorite stack is React, Next.js, or something else. We care about whether you understand what users need—and know how to build features that deliver it. We want someone who thinks through the experience, challenges unnecessary complexity, and takes ownership of the finished feature. Someone who can take an idea, help shape it, and ship something people enjoy using. You know how to move FAST with AI. AI should be a core part of how you build. You understand how to use it effectively across development, testing, debugging, and iteration—and you know how to review and validate what it produces. We want to ship features quickly, learn from real usage, and keep improving. You bring the speed and the judgment to make that happen. You’re a great fit if you have: 5+ years of software development experience, including substantial experience building SaaS applications used by real customers. Strong product judgment and an obsession with customer experience. The ability to own features end to end, from an initial idea to a working release. A proven workflow for using AI to accelerate development without sacrificing quality. Clear communication, initiative, and the confidence to suggest a better approach. Shopify app development experience is a plus, as we also have a Shopify app connected to our SaaS platform. It’s preferred, but not required. If you love making complex things feel simple—and shipping at speed—we want to meet you.
